a dreamy getaway!
ski equipmentquiet roomsskilled chef
The team arranged our ski equipment and lift passes prior to arrival. the rooms were quiet and provided a sanctuary after a long day of skiing. the restaurant provided a fabulous meal. The chef clearly demonstrates skill and passion.
the sauna was temporarily out of action, limiting some of our relaxation plans.

Superb Stay with Excellent Amenities!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, including both hot and continental options. The chef prepared excellent meals, especially the fine dining options on Friday and Saturday. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I found my room spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a faultless bathroom.
The lighting in the spa area was very low, I found it a bit too dark.

The room i initially received did not match the description. it lacked the balcony i had specifically booked, quite disappointing. furthermore the spa area was not as family friendly as advertised. The floors were very slippery. my child nearly had an accident there and the jacuzzi jets were mostly broken.

My room featured a double bed and a nice bathroom with a shower. I liked the plentiful supply of hot water. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of pastries, fruit, and cereals. The staff at reception were helpful with directions and local information.
The gym was small, I thought it only had a few pieces of equipment and limited space for floor exercises.

the staff at breakfast was helpful. i appreciate that they tried.
the room was not clean enough. i found hairs in the bathroom (that i know were not mine) and dust under the bed. the spa was a letdown (i booked it hoping for a relaxing afternoon). several jets in the jacuzzi were broken. the low lighting felt a bit gloomy.
